Food3 | Build the Ecosystem Economy

  • Food3 centers local food ecosystems—gardeners, farmers, vendors, kitchens—by rewarding creators of food value over those who control it.

We offer simple, free Digital Product Passports and QR commerce tools that let users trace, sell, and coordinate food systems in real-time. Fresh food depends on short supply chains that must move quickly to avoid spoilage and waste. Food3 helps farmers, markets, home gardeners, and restaurants build traceable, standards-compliant ecosystems without physical infrastructure.

Over time, we can layer in unbundled services that manage more complex, time-consuming tasks—like restaurant ordering or demand forecasting.

We see food deserts as a coordination failure. Our response is a farmer-driven food box distributed through community Farm Shops. Food3’s transformation pathway aligns with our Spiral Theory of Change.
